Jean-François Richard joins Altra Law as a tax partner

31 May, 2011 Altra Law is pleased to announce that Jean-François Richard joined the firm as a tax partner. He brings along his team of associates.

Jean-François Richard joins Altra Law after having been a tax partner for more than 10 years with the law firm Tossens & Prioux. Beforehand, he was in charge of the Belgian tax desk with the law firm Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Jean-François has acquired a vast and diversified experience in the field of tax law, where he acts both in an advisory capacity as in litigation.

Jean-François Richard comments on his arrival: "I am very pleased to join Altra Law, a dynamic "boutique" firm which benefits from a reputation of excellence especially in M&A and private equity transactions. I am looking forward to developing Altra Law's tax department while assisting the firm's corporate lawyers on M&A and private equity deals".
