The new procurement directives – Directive 2014/24/EU and the Directive 2014/25/EU – will imply the repeal of the Classic Directive 2004/18/EC and the Utilities Directive 2004/17/EC, with the new directives having to be transposed by the Member States by spring 2016. The second part of the seminar will concentrate on the recent case law in the field of European public procurement. Special attention will be given to the jurisprudence of the General Court and the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU). Furthermore, it will cover the relevant case law concerning remedies.
