Secondly, the seminar will promote best practices that ensure correct enforcement of EEA Regulations stemming from EU Directives and Regulations. While the first module will take up the questions of the main characteristic features and legal effect of EU/EEA acts that are applied in the internal market field, the second module will take practical approach and focus on the law implementation and enforcement and respective competences of the EFTA Surveillance Authority and EFTA Court.

With regard to the latter institution, a visit to the Court is also included in the programme and experts from the Courts and experienced practitioners will introduce participants into the procedures before the Court and its case law.
