Objective
This seminar will address the current European landscape in relation to the freezing, confiscation and recovery of assets and focus on Directive 2014/427/EU and the state of play in relation to its provisions and first experiences half a year since its transposition. It will also highlight recent national experiences, how to enhance cross-border cooperation in such cases, as well as the role and responsibilities of the private sector in this area.
