Objective
The aim of this conference is to meet the requirements of copyright law practitioners to keep informed about the recent case law and the latest EU legislative developments. The focus will be on the proposed EU copyright reform adopted by the European Commission on 14 September 2016 which aims at modernising the European copyright framework in order to adapt it to technological developments.
