Objective:

The workshop is aimed at discussing in detail the application in competition law cases of the ne bis in idem principle enshrined in Article 50 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and the practical issues that could arise in this relation.

Special focus will be placed on the latest judgements of the Court of Justice of the EU on this topic and on the possible implications on the application of the Digital Markets Act (DMA).
