For six years, EIPA’s European Centre for Judges and Lawyers (ECJL) in Luxembourg has hosted an annual conference on ‘European Union Civil Service Law’. These conferences have been very well received and prompted much enthusiasm from:
- Judges from the Court of Justice of the EU;
- Legal representatives of European institutions and agencies;
- University professors;
- Lawyers specialised in this field.
In light of this, EIPA will organise a seventh annual conference. This will be an opportunity for you to explore recent developments, and in particular, those related to the reform of the EU’s Court of Justice and the transfer of competence of civil service law to the General Court.
