Virginie Dor nominated as Public Procurement Expert with the European Commission

Virginie Dor (partner, public procurements at CMS DeBacker) has been named by the European Commission as a member of the stakeholder expert group on public procurement.
The group comprises 20 members from different European countries. The tasks of the group shall be to provide the Commission with high quality legal, economic, technical and/or practical insight and expertise with a view to assisting it in shaping the public procurement policy of the Union. The group of experts will assist the Commission in the preparation of legislation or in policy definition in public procurements and provide expertise to the Commission when preparing implementing measures in this field.
