Benoit Servais and Kristina Winkelmann Join Nishimura & Asahi

We are delighted to welcome two new partners, Benoit Servais and Kristina Winkelmann, to our Brussels office.
Benoit Servais:
Benoit Servais has extensive practice in EU and international economic law from his experience gained working for more than 30 years in a leading law firm headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. His practice has been recognized in major legal directories such as Chambers and by clients.
Kristina Winkelmann:
Kristina Winkelmann has approximately 10 years of experience at the Brussels office of a leading international law firm, specializing in EU antitrust law and the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR). Her expertise includes a secondment to our Tokyo office in 2022-2023. She also gained first-hand experience at the European Commission and the Japan Fair Trade Commission and is admitted to the German Bar.
We are confident that their extensive experience will enhance our ability to support our clients even more effectively.
