Objective:
The webinar will discuss the implications of the COVID-19 outbreak for the application of antitrust and State aid rules within the European Union.
It will examine what type of behaviour by undertakings would still be considered anticompetitive despite the exceptional situation, the main challenges and priorities for antitrust enforcement by the European Commission and NCAs, and the options for granting of support measures available to the Member States for tackling the negative effects of the crisis.
