Objective:
This year’s conference is aimed at providing legal practitioners with a comprehensive update on the most recent developments from the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Commission in the field of EU State aid law. Special attention will be paid to the State aid response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the new White Paper on foreign subsidies and State aid in the context of the European Green Deal.
