Objective:

This online conference will give legal practitioners an overview of the state of play of the REACH legal framework. It will focus on the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability and on substance and dossier evaluation. It will analyse the latest EU legislative and regulatory developments, as well as rulings of the ECHA Board of Appeal and the CJEU.

The online conference will allow a deeper analysis and offer insights into practical applicability through round tables and plenary discussions.
