Objective:
The workshop is aimed at examining the latest developments in the field of private enforcement of EU competition law and at looking into practical issues related to private damages actions.
The workshop will provide an update on the topic from the perspective of the European Commission and will examine the latest cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Special focus will be placed on the practical aspects of quantification of damages caused by competition law infringements.
