Objective:
The aim of this annual conference is to update legal practitioners on the latest trends and current issues in European company law and corporate governance. The focus this year will be on the "S" in ESG, and on gender, diversity and inclusion in board rooms, corporate decision-making and sustainable corporate governance in general. The conference will also take stock of the European Commission's general company law and corporate governance priorities.
