Objective:
The annual conference aims at providing legal practitioners with a comprehensive update on the most recent developments from the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Commission in the field of EU State aid law. Special attention will be paid to the application of State aid rules in times of crisis and to procedural issues related to State aid litigation before the EU Courts.
