Objective:
The conference aims at providing legal practitioners with a comprehensive update on the most recent developments in the field of EU public procurement law.
Special attention will be paid to the latest initiatives of the European Commission and the recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. A focus will also be placed on sustainable procurement, the role of AI and on procurement by EU institutions and bodies.
