Blog Week 102: The calm before the perfect storm.
Sunday 4 November 20.01
We (my boyfriend) and I took the "Bridge" day on Friday and have enjoyed a very calm, relaxing drive around the Moselle valley. Trier, Bernkastel, Cochem and Koblenz are worth doing if you ever need to get away. Sometimes it is easy to forget just how lucky we are (with the number of public holidays and Brussels' location). Not quite sure what to expect tomorrow...

There is going to be another meeting. Pierre, Old Timer and I have been invited again. I don't know what to expect. The worst is probably a good idea and anything else will be a bonus.
The date has yet to be set. I would like to walk in wearing body armour. But as that is not going to happen, I'll just have to be careful about where I sit.

Barbie and Mockney were talking in the kitchen this afternoon. She said Bill was complaining about an ache in the joints of one of his thumbs. I was on the verge of asking her why she did not suck it better for him, but thought better of it. She has fixed an appointment for him with a doctor. Mockney said so-called "Blackberry thumb" is not unknown. For so many of our lawyers their Blackberry is an extension of their hand, an electronic sixth finger.
