Brulex Summer Cup 2013
The 22nd brulex summer football cup will take place on Sunday, 30 June 2013, at the same venue as last year: the Stade Fallonstadion (Avenue Jean-François Debeckerlaan 54, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert/Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe).
The tournament will be organised along the usual lines: qualifying games starting at 10:00 a.m. (in principle, 4 to 5 games of 30 minutes each, 5/6 players per team with a maximum of two non-lawyers on the field), semi-finals, the final at about 4:00 p.m.
There will be a barbecue again this year, which will take place at lunchtime. Access to 3 petanque pitches, a mini-golf course and a new playground will be available. Tennis pitches can also be booked. A DJ will make the party complete.
A registration fee of € 350 is required from each participating team to cover the organisation costs.
Teams which did not choose for the € 100 refund from their registration fee for this year’s winter tournament will only have to pay € 250 instead of € 350.
The price for the barbecue is € 20 per person.
If your firm would like to take part in the tournament, please:
(a) confirm your participation as quickly as possible by e-mail to the attention of emanuele.ceci@uclouvain.be and transfer the registration fee of € 350 (or € 250) to account no. 310‑0978180‑21 in the name of Brulex. Since we have to limit the number of participants in the tournament for practical reasons, those who are first to register and pay the registration fee will be given priority; and
(b) confirm by e-mail to emanuele.ceci@uclouvain.be the number of people from your team who will attend the barbecue and transfer the corresponding amount to account no. 310-0978180-21 in the name of Brulex.
Moreover, before 21 June 2013, each team captain must e-mail, to the attention of emanuele.ceci@uclouvain.be, his or her complete list of players (at least eight players) and, for insurance purposes, the law firm he or she is working for. Firms that cannot field enough players for a full team may join forces with other firms.
Cancellation is not allowed! In case of cancellation, subscription fees and payments for the barbecue can in any case not be recuperated.
