Nicolas Lippens brings with him a wealth of experience having been a tax partner for more than 8 years at Linklaters in Brussels. Nicolas has built up an established track record and is recognised for his expertise in solving complex and strategic tax issues in Belgian and international matters, dealing with corporate tax matters, European tax law, corporate restructurings and tax aspects of investment vehicles.
He also represents clients in high-profile tax litigation against tax authorities and has obtained several first of a kind rulings. Nicolas is a member of the Brussels Bar, the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium, Legal and Tax Committee and a member of the Editorial Board of the “Tax Clicking” periodical.
