Objective:
The conference will provide an update on the latest developments in sustainable finance law and comprehensively address relevant issues for corporate sustainability in practice including corporate sustainability reporting and litigation, sustainability governance and due diligence and sustainability oversight at board level. In addition, sustainable financing and transition will be on agenda in particular SFDR revision, climate-related and environmental risk management and the hot topic of sustainability in defence spending and armament times.
