Objective:
This annual conference will update intellectual property lawyers on the ongoing EU initiatives in the field of copyright law. Specific focus will be given to the legal and practical impact of recent case law adopted by the CJEU in the field of copyright law.

- Collective management of rights, collective licensing and extended collective licensing;
- Copyright enforcement, mediation, and progresses inthe fight against piracy;
- Deepfake and copyright;
