This year’s online conference is aimed at providing legal practitioners with a comprehensive update on the most recent developments from the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Commission in the field of EU public procurement law.
Special attention will be paid to the role of procurement in Europe’s green and digital transformation, the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and the cross-border aspects of procurement. A focus will also be placed on practical issues and challenges in emergency procurement.
