Objective:
This online workshop aims to analyse the topic of bid-rigging from two different perspectives: that of the public authorities whose activity is related to the conduction and supervision of the tender process and that of businesses who should be aware of the risks of collusive tendering.

- How to design a tender to prevent and detect bid-rigging;
- Common red flags in procurement;
- Main challenges in the investigation of collusive tendering;
- Avoiding involvement in bid-rigging: dos and don’ts.
